287 → 196 lbs
A good friend who came in carrying a lot of extra weight. Ninety-one pounds down over about a year — on one session a week, sometimes two.
Proof
These are men with jobs, kids, and hours that aren't their own. Some trained with me in person, some never set foot in the gym — every one of them showed up on the plan.

Out of shape to in shape. That's the honest way to describe it.
Money is a good friend of mine. He came in carrying a lot of extra weight and came out about ninety-one pounds lighter — and the part people notice first isn't the number, it's the physique sitting underneath it.
His week in the gym was one session. Sometimes two when life allowed it. The rest got handled on the other six days: the food he was given, the Saturday-morning check-in, and the questions he messaged me instead of guessing at.
That's the piece I want a man reading this to take seriously. He didn't have more time than you do. He had a plan he actually followed, and a year to give it.
Ninety-one pounds on one session a week. Ask yourself what four would do.

Year 2
Two sessions a week, to learn

He beat stage 4 cancer. Then he showed up three times a week for a year and didn't cheat a single meal.
Darcey had stage 4 cancer — and beat it. Then he hired me at six-four and 334 lbs, decided he was done guessing.
A year of three sessions a week in the gym. He never cheated on his diet, not once, and never gave less than 100% on a workout. That's the whole reason the number moved: 245 lbs, twelve months in.
Then he stayed a second year at two sessions a week — not to lose more, but to learn the work properly, so he could train on his own and know exactly what he was doing.
I've worked with a lot of motivated men. Darcey is the standard.

Tommy
−18 lbs fat, +5 lbs muscle
Tommy was working out of the mines in Mongolia, so everything we did was online — no in-person training at all. He still lost 18 lbs and put 5 lbs of muscle on.

Giuseppe
271.6 → 249.4 lbs
Six-four, runs a construction business, three kids and a wife. He wanted to get in shape, shed fat and build muscle without giving up his life — two sessions a week, and he's still training with me today.

Todd
298 → 257 lbs
Six-three and 298 lbs on the left. Online coaching only — no personal training — and ten months later he's 257.
Face hidden at his request.

Sukhman
+10 lbs of lean muscle
Two sessions a week for a year and a half. No shortcuts, no crash — ten pounds of lean muscle and a physique that finally matches the effort.

Anonymous
Pec rehab + 10 lbs down
He came to me with a torn pec and the weight that comes with not being able to train. One session a week: the pec came back and ten pounds came off in the first two months. He stayed five more.
Kept anonymous at his request.

Troy
−7 lbs fat, +3 lbs muscle
A hard-working dad in construction who wasn't in bad shape going in — he just wanted to see what would actually happen if he followed a proper diet and a proper plan with real guidance behind it. Three months later, here's the answer.

Arjan
Lost it, then built it back
First he wanted the weight off — done. Then he wanted healthy mass back on — done too. Three years of work with a few breaks along the way, and a physique that took both halves to build.
A note on the photos
Some of these men asked to keep their faces out of it, so their heads are faded into the wall behind them — nothing drawn on, nothing added. The physique is theirs, the numbers are theirs, and the privacy was the point. Results depend on the man: consistency, food, sleep and starting point all change the timeline. What I can promise is that the plan works if you do.
