Free 30-minute phone consult
Send me
an email
That's how this starts. Tell me what you're working with, and we'll get a free 30-minute call booked. No pressure, no sales pitch — just an honest read on where you're at and what it actually takes to get from there. I've coached men since 2017 and not one of them has walked away without results. If you're ready to make a change and can follow the guidance, I'll help you change your life.
Sends from your own inbox
Send me an inquiry
Two minutes. Fill it in, then send it from Gmail, Outlook, copy it, or your own mail app — your message is already written out for you.
Nothing leaves this page until you press send in your own mail. If none of that works, the address is Cbritzius@Outlook.com — copy it and write to me however you like.
How it works
Three steps, and you're in
No gym membership to cancel, no contracts, no sign-up fee. Email first, talk second, decide third.
01
You email me
Two or three sentences is enough. What you're working on, what you've already tried, and what your week actually looks like.
02
We talk for 30 minutes
Free, no charge, no obligation. We go through where you're starting from and what's realistically ahead of you.
03
You decide
If we both think it fits, you pick a package and start. If it doesn't, I'll tell you straight on the call rather than waste your money.
Where to write
Email me.
One address, and it goes straight to me. Include your age range, your work, and what you're trying to fix — that's usually enough for me to know whether I can help before we even talk.
Or pick up the phone
(604) 341-9636
Before you dial: I get a stack of spam calls and emails every week, so I don't answer numbers I don't recognise. Send me a text or leave a voicemail with your name and what you're after, and I'll call you back as soon as I know it's a real inquiry.
Prefer to keep it in writing? The email button above opens a message in your mail app.
What to include
What you're working on
Fat loss, muscle, a lift you want to fix, an injury you want to train around — whatever brought you here.
What you've already tried
Diets, programs, coaches, apps. It saves us both twenty minutes on the call.
Your week
Shift work, kids, commute, travel. That's what decides whether you need four sessions or one.
A good number to reach you
Only if you want the call. The email works fine on its own.
Before you write
The questions men ask me
Straight answers, so you know whether this is even worth a phone call.
How long until I see results?
It comes down to how well you follow the plan — that's the honest answer. Train with me once a week and that's one hour out of the hundred and sixty-eight in a week that I'm actually guiding you; the more often I see you, the faster the results come, no question about it. But the bulk of it is decided where I can't see you: what you're eating, whether you're weighing your food properly, training with the proper intensity and form on your own, getting your water in, sleeping enough, timing your vitamins. My general saying is — 30 days to see the weight come off the scale, 60 days to start feeling different, 90 days to physically see your body making big changes, and six months or more to look like a completely different person.
Do you train women?
No — I train men only. My wife Robyn is a nationally ranked competitor and a coach in her own right, and she handles the women. Happy to put you in touch if you're asking for someone.
What if I've never lifted before?
That's most of my clients. We start with the machine weights and the basics of the lifts, and I stay right there with you. Nobody's watching, and nobody's judging.
I've got an old injury. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Knees, lower backs, shoulders and hips are the common ones and I've trained around all of them. Tell me what it is on the call and I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right person for it.
Can I do this online instead?
Yes. Online coaching is $300 a month — same diet plan, same workout plan, same weekly check-in, just without standing next to you for the set.
How quickly do you reply?
I'll always get back to you as soon as I can — typically within the first hour or two, and the same day at the latest. If there's a delay, it's because I'm with a client, in my own training, or looking after my son.
Next step
One email.
That's all it takes.
I'll get back to you the same day, and we'll get thirty minutes on the phone where you find out exactly what it takes to get where you want to be.
